Putting together a tbr for the Latinx Book Bingo is one of my favorite things to do every year and this time it was not an exception. I was trying to pick short books or romances, which I read really fast for this tbr because I want to read one book for each prompt. But adding the page count of all of these books, it’s 4.606 pages in total, which is a bit ambitious because I have a full-time job and a work trip on top of that during the weeks of the readathon. Still, I will try my best.

- Set in LATAM – The Beautiful Ones by Silvia Moreno Garcia: I’m trying to make my way to every single SMG book and I’ve had my eye on this one for a while.
- Translated – The Houseguest and Other Stories by Amparo Dávila: I have heard nothing but great things about this book so I’m excited to finally read it
- Co-authored – Love Actually by Mackenzie Walton (editor): I have read and loved books by every single author in this anthology except for one, so I think this will be good.
- Romance – West Side Love Story by Priscilla Oliveras: A romance between members of rival mariachi bands, what else could I ask for?
- Poetry – Corazón by Yesika Salgado: I’ve had this collection on my tbr for a while and have heard great things so it’s finally time to read it
- Foodie – A Taste of Sage by Yaffa S. Santos: I know this has gotten a lot of negative reviews but it sounds good and it’s been on my tbr for a long time, so I’m going to hope for the best and read it.
- Indie – Tesoro by Yesika Salgado: honestly I was looking for short books to add to this tbr and since I have heard great things about the author, I decided to read another on of her poetry collections.
- Non-fiction – In The Shadow of the Mountain by Silvia Vasquez- Lavado: I found this while looking for a book for this tbr and it sounds SO GOOD, I can’t believe I hadn’t heard about it before.

- Afro-Latinx author – Sun of a Beach by Mia Sosa: I have read a few books by Mia Sosa and enjoyed all of them so I’m looking forward to this novella.
- Group Book – Burn Down Rise Up by Vincent Tirado: A sapphic horror book? compared to Stranger Things and Get Out? Sign me in!
- Horror – The Hacienda by Isabel Cañas: Gothic horror is my favorite horror subgenre so I’m really excited to read this. Also, the synopsis reminds me of Mexican Gothic, which is one of my favorite books.
- Banned– Cazadora by Romina Garber: I don’t really read YA anymore but I loved the first book in this duology and I want to finish it.
- Middle Grade – Witchlings by Claribel A. Ortega: I really enjoyed Ghost Squad so I’m looking forward to read another of Claribel’s books.
- Joyful – A Proposal They Can’t Refuse by Natalie Caña I love a good fake engagement plot and I have heard great things about this book.
- Part of a Series – A Caribbean Heiress in Paris by Adriana Herrera: I have read most of Adriana Herrera’s books and enjoyed all fo them, so I’m sure her first historical romance is going to be just as good.
- Disabled MC – Breath and Count Back From Ten by Natalia Sylvester: I haven’t read a YA contemporary in a long time, but I have high hopes for the hip dysplasia rep in this one really.
